Ronald B. In representing injured victims of drunk drivers, Schwartz won a 5.3 million dollar verdict arguing a novel theory of civil conspiracy, proving teenagers conspired to party at their parents' homes and then drive. He won a landmark jury verdict in Los Angeles against Sue Bee Honey, which resulted in warning labels being placed on honey containers stating, "Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age." Mr. Schwartz has helped consumers win cases against major corporations and insurance companies.
